Challenge
A technology consulting company approached Mindtech with a ServiceNow project for the pharmaceutical retail industry that was already four months behind and facing multiple active incidents.
The project included billing, notifications, supplier logistics, a backend portal, and a mobile app.
After unsuccessful experiences with other vendors, the company needed developers with real ITSM expertise who could configure and solve problems from day one — without a learning curve.
Solutions
Mindtech assembled a four-person team: three senior ServiceNow developers and one technical lead acting as the main point of contact.
The team joined during the configuration phase and worked under an agile methodology, prioritizing user stories alongside the client.
The focus was on completing notifications, configuring supplier logistics, stabilizing the portal and mobile application, and operating as an integrated extension of the client’s internal team with continuous technical follow-up and reporting.
The Result
The project, which had accumulated a four-month delay, was brought back on track in approximately two months — even while absorbing new requirements from the end client during the process.
According to the client, the difference was the technical level of Mindtech’s team: the specialists adapted quickly, identified critical points, and started configuring from the very first week.
The technical leadership provided by the supervisor also helped reduce the management workload on the client’s side.
What the client says
“We could not have reached this stage of the project without the efforts of the
Mindtech team, and for that we are grateful for our continued relationship and your support of our software build out.”

Benefits
Improving product descriptions on the online store to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
Challenge
Solution
The project is based on the use of AI generative models, specifically Gemini Pro Vision, to achieve three main objectives:
- Create new product descriptions by extracting attributes from product images.
- Enrich these product descriptions using previous information from other products
- Perform a retroactive process to update the product descriptions when new attributes are found when compared to embeddings generated by Gecko (Google model), i.e., add this information to existing similar products.
